I'm a Designer and User Researcher from the deserts of Mesa, AZ.
My Career so far
You could say I have a bit of a knack for connecting dots! My journey kicked off as a Project Manager, which was my playground for mastering organization and problem-solving, even before I rolled up my sleeves as a shipping and receiving supervisor (where I learned that boxes, like people, need good systems!). But my heart truly belonged to understanding people and making their lives a little easier (and more joyful!). That's what whisked me away into human systems engineering, where I got to play in the worlds of user experience and cognitive science. From leading cool research quests to dreaming up prototypes, I've cultivated a design approach that's a delightful cocktail of empathy, smart planning, and pure creative spark. So, when I dive into a project, I'm bringing a unique, big-picture, systems-thinking superpower to the table!
